Why does it work?

Because it has been developed over 20 years of clinical practice and from observing the results obtained over many years.

What is it based on?

It relies on the use of specific adipose cells extracted with special microcannulas to achieve an ideal cellular quality for the genital area. These cells are partially reinjected after washing, and part of them is filtered to obtain a very delicate adipose preparation rich in regenerative cells. This preparation is injectable with very fine needles into the dermis. The use of specific cannulas, filters, and different reimplantation needles depending on the issue to be addressed is the basis of the treatment’s success. The protocols are very stringent to ensure reproducible results.

What are the instructions?

Femifill® is designed for the treatment of lichen sclerosus in both males and females, but it has successfully treated various conditions, including lichenization processes, vulvar and vaginal stenosis, cutaneous and mucosal atrophy, hypoplasia of the large labia, stress urinary incontinence, and sequelae of ano-vulvo-vaginal radiotherapy.

How is it performed?

The procedure is performed on an outpatient or day hospital basis, under local anesthesia with mild sedation to ensure maximum comfort. Post-treatment pain is generally minimal and well-controlled with the use of common pain relievers for a few days. Return to normal activities typically occurs within 1 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the procedure.

How many times does it need to be done?

It depends on the type of issue being addressed. For instance, hypoplastic large labia are typically increased with a single treatment, rarely needing repetition. The situation differs for lichen and scar-related conditions, which may require 1 to 4 treatments.

Is that all?

No, the Femifill® protocol includes dietary and lifestyle assessment, believes in home pelvic floor rehabilitation, and focuses on overall well-being. It is a brilliant local treatment that achieves the best results with commitment from both parties.
